In a recent interview with Hello! Magazine, James Blunt spoke about a few different things, but most surprisingly was his admittance how annoyed he was with his 2005 smash hit, 'You're Beautiful.' He claims the tune was "force-fed down people's throats," and if you're having a hard time remembering what it sounded like, check it out in the video above.

The seemingly perpetually sad singer went platinum with the hit break-up song, but he regrets how much it was overplayed, saying, "It became annoying, and then people start to associate the artist with the same word." He also spoke about the fact that women were targeted with the song, resulting in him missing out on some serious dude love for his tunes. He's also disappointed with how the song portrayed the wrong image of him being a sad, suicidal cry baby.

Since then, though, Blunt has a crisp haircut and released his latest album 'Moon Landing' a year ago -- and although he admits that he does in fact have sad songs, he feels that he went in a slightly happier direction with this record; he's turned over a new leaf.
