Jennifer Hudson’s Sister’s 911 Call Released
A Chicago judge released the 911 tape of Julia Hudson, sister of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson, pleading for help after finding her mother's body.
"Oh my God.... Somebody's killed my mother," Hudson says while the 911 operator tries to calm her and repeat the address. "She's on the floor and I see blood coming from her head."
The tape was released after requests from the Chicago Tribune, Sun-Times Media and The Associated Press, and was played last week in open court during the trial of alleged killer William Balfour, who is accused of murdering Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder in the October 2008 killings.
