Jess Talks with Chef Jeff Henderson of New Show ‘Flip My Food’ [AUDIO]

Chef Jeff Henderson and his crew have been filming a new show called "Flip My Food" in Shreveport-Bossier all this week. Where has he been?

There's a new show debuting KSLA on September 8 called "Flip My Food" with host Chef Jeff Henderson.

You may recognize Henderson from Food Network's "The Chef Jeff Project." The show has filmed at Rhino Coffee, Frank's Pizza , and Barksdale AFB. Henderson's goal is to take traditional recipes and flip them into fresh, healthy dishes.

I got to talk to Henderson earlier today about his past and how he got into cooking, as well as his approach to healthy dishes and where he has visited already in the SBC.

You would think his main reason for choosing Shreveport-Bossier is because we will deep fry just about anything however, he gave me a much better reason for coming here.
