Jocks In The Box – Day 1
Day 1 in the box,
First of all we are blessed to be able to continue our yearly tradition raising toys for area kids and the support we've received from sponsors as well as our new station is beyond anything we could have asked for! It was a cold and rainy first day with several donations but we are sure tomorrow will be better.
Currently we are working on things for the mornings show which we will be able to do live from the box thanks to Troy our amazing engineer who is still with us making sure we have everything we need! The Shreveport Fire Department was able to get us a big movie screen so Friday we will be able to have a family's Christmas movie night!
Tomorrow we will have more details about our theme nights! If you can donate that'd be amazing if not there's other ways you can help... spreading the word via Facebook! We understand we are in a new area unfamiliar with our toy drive but we are on a mission to break records and have a great year!
We will be living in this box 24/7 for a week so please stop bytes us and bring a toy... or 2!
