Josh Brolin Arrested

What a way to start the year!

"Gangster Squad" star Josh Brolin was arrested at 11:30 pm on New Year's Day in Santa Monica, CA for public intoxication, police tell E! News. According to Santa Monica Police Department spokesman Sgt. Richard Lewis, "He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was booked and released with no further action pending."

Brolin just can't seem to stay out of trouble; in 2008 the actor was arrested along with six others after an altercation at the Stray Cat Bar here in Shreveport while filming the movie "W".
