Justin Bieber Spitting Victim Files Police Report

Let’s file this one under, ‘Yuck.’ The man who most recently accused Justin Bieber of spitting on him filed a police report about the incident and it’s pretty gross.

According to TMZ, Addison Ulhaq, the DJ at Social Room (the nightclub where this all went down) and a student at Ohio State University, filed a report with the cops that read, “The victim stated that the suspect told him that ‘His mother was a b—h, his father was a b—h and he is a b–h.” Yikes! Bieber, you know those aren’t nice words to say!

Ulhaq’s lawyers said that Justin’s spit and mucus (ew!) got into his eye, nose and mouth (DOUBLE EW!).

The report continued, “The victim stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident.” We smell a lawsuit a-brewin!

If you missed what went down, Justin’s security detail was convinced that Ulhaq was snapping pictures of the pop star in a 21+ nightclub. The only problem? He wasn’t. They took Ulhaq’s phone only to see *gasp* there were no pictures of JB and then Bieber allegedly spit in this guy’s face. So gross. So, so gross.

The DJ got tested for hepatitis, but the results came back negative.
