Kelly Osbourne Engaged

Kelly Osbourne announced this weekend that she and boyfriend Matthew Mosshart are engaged.

The 28-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne revealed that Mosshart, a vegan pastry chef, proposed to her during a vacation in the Caribbean. Osbourne flaunted her new engagement ring and gushed to Hello! magazine that she's "never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."

Osbourne and Mosshart met at model Kate Moss' wedding to Kills member Jamie Hince, whose bandmate is Mosshart's sister, Alison.
