Kelly Osbourne Faints On E! Set

"Fashion Police" panelist Kelly Osbourne is recovering after fainting during a taping of the E! network series.

Osbourne was seated next to Melissa Rivers, daughter of host Joan Rivers, when she complained she wasn't feeling well and collapsed, going into a seizure. An audience member rushed to the stage to help her before she came around a few moments later.

A spokesperson for Osbourne said that the 28-year old is being kept overnight as a precaution. No word yet as to what caused the seizure.
