E! Entertainment Television announced Friday that Fashion Police panelist Kelly Osbourne is leaving the show.

"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers," the network said in a statement. "Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Monday, March 30, at 9 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement."

Osbourne threatened to leave the show earlier this week due to comments made on-air by fellow Fashion Police panelist Giuliana Rancic in which she said former Disney actress Zendaya Coleman looked like she smelled of "patchouli or weed". Rancic later made an on-air apology for her comments.

Fashion Police returned to the air in January with comedienne Kathy Griffin replacing original host Joan Rivers after Rivers' death last September.
