Kendall Jenner‘s fashion woes continue, as another photographer has sued the model’s company for using a picture of Tupac Shakur, The Notorious B.I.G. and Redman.

According to a report from TMZ, photographer Al Pereira has filed a new lawsuit against Kendall Jenner, Inc., claiming Jenner had no right to use his photo. Jenner’s company used the photo for t-shirts and superimposed her face over the three rap legends.

It is the second time Jenner has been hit with a lawsuit of this kind. In July, photographer Mike Miller said he never gave Kendall or her sister Kylie permission to use his picture of Tupac. In legal documents, Miller stated he had no interest in working with the Jenner sisters, especially after Kendall’s Pepsi fiasco, where she was accused of mocking the Black Lives Matter movement.

Following the backlash, the shirts were pulled from online stores and the sisters issued an apology. “These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologize to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists,” they wrote. “We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in anyway [sic]. The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed. We will use this opportunity to learn from these mistakes and again, we are very sorry.”

While Kendall has yet to respond to the latest lawsuit, in July, a representative for the sisters said they had nothing to do with designing the shirts.
