Mariah Yeater’s Lawyer Says Those Incriminating Messages Aren’t From Her

Justin Bieber is already celebrating his victory over the paternity case but Mariah Yeater’s legal team insists that it’s still not over. Text messages surfaced yesterday of Mariah begging her friend to erase all incriminating messages where she named her ex boyfriend Robbie to be the father of her 4 month old baby. Instead of erasing them, her friend sold her out to TMZ and sent copies of the texts to Justin’s lawyers. One legal team already resigned from Mariah’s case, but her new lawyer, Jeffery Leving, is sticking by her side, saying those texts are from someone trying to pose as Mariah.

Justin is considering this case to be closed already. He even made light of the situation in an interview, saying, "As far as the whole baby situation, it's unfortunate that it had to happen like that. People make false accusations, but things happen in this industry and you have to keep your head high and be positive. If it was up to me, it would have been a better story like, 'Justin Bieber went off to South America with this 27-year-old supermodel.'  That would have been awesome."
