Mark Wahlberg Finally Gets Diploma

25 years after dropping out of high school, Mark Wahlberg is finally a graduate!

The actor earned his high school diploma after taking online classes. He dropped out of high school in the 9th grade while attending Copley Square High School, now known as Snowden International School at Copley.

In a column appearing in the Huffington Post, Wahlberg wrote about his growing-up years and being surrounded by "drugs, violence and crime". He also says he took online classes while working, traveling and at home.
