Miley Cyrus In Hot Water Over Mexican Flag Stunt

Miley Cyrus just might have gone a little too far this time...

The singer was performing at a concert in Mexico earlier this week when she sported a prosthetic plastic butt (don't ask) while being spanked by one of her dancers with a Mexican flag.

Predictably, Mexican lawmakers are none too happy about this latest development, with Francisco Trevino of Monterrey calling for Cyrus to be punished by the Mexican government for misuse of the nation's flag.

According to Mexican law, Miley's latest stunt is punishable by a fine of up to $1,500 and 36 hours in jail.

This is not the first time Miley's run afoul of foreign governments; a concert in the Dominican Republic was banned by government officials for "acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law."
