We already knew Miley Cyrus would be a Halloween costume favorite this year, but that's just the foam finger-friendly outfit she wore at the 2013 MTV VMAs. If you're way over that and want something a bit more current, replicating her look in the video for 'Wrecking Ball' may be your best bet.
YouTube channel PopSugarGirlsGuide has put together a DIY makeup tutorial video* for how you can look just like Miley Cyrus did in her hugely-popular 'Wrecking Ball' video, and it's very comprehensive. It isn't just makeup YouTuber Jackie Perdue tackles, but hair, wardrobe -- even the little tattoos on Miley's fingers.
Of course, looking like Miley is only half the battle. If you're dead-set on dressing up as the pop star for Halloween, you better act the part, too. If you don't own a hammer, a trip to the hardware store is in order. Also, make sure you stick your tongue out. A lot.
