Remember the guy who is accused of making secret videos of Sports Babe Erin Andrews while she was staying in luxury hotels in three different cities? The case is headed to court today.

Jury selection kicks off Monday in the case involving sportscaster Erin Andrews. She has filed a $75 million lawsuit against the owner and the manager of a luxury hotel. She's also suing the man admits he made the naked recordings of Andrews.

In 2009, Michael David Barrett pled guilty in a Los Angeles federal court to getting hotel rooms next to Andrews in three cities, altering peepholes and shooting videos in Columbus, Ohio, and Nashville.

Andrews was at the Marriott at Vanderbilt University in 2008 while working for ESPN. She says someone affiliated with the Nashville hotel told Barrett where Andrews was staying and booked him in a room adjacent to hers.
