New Police Radar Can Detect More Than Just Speed

Technology continues to blow our minds daily allowing for anything to be possible. Never would anyone have imagined that you could perform every task imaginable from a device that sits in your pocket. Police technology is no different!

Coming soon to streets near you police will be able to not only tell how fast you're going but tell if you're texting while driving from their radar. A company from Virginia has developed the technology to detect text messages from a radar but now face the task of making it so it only detects the driver side.

Personally I don't see this advancing for many reasons but texting and driving will continue to be an issue despite the fact that many states have made it illegal.
