People Are Body Shaming Lady Gaga’s ‘Belly’

The trolls of the internet showed themselves after Gaga's performance at the Super Bowl. They criticized her body and what they called 'belly fat' and 'muffin top'.

My inner woman just went into fight mode when I read this. First things first, Lady Gaga weighs 108 pounds and is a dress size 4. She is perfect. Aphrodite would be jealous of her body.

After these trolls were surfaced with all the hate that could have bottled up within themselves. Women spook up. The following tweet is just one of many people taking a stand against the haters.

In my own opinion, I know what it feels like to be unhappy with my body image. I have a low self esteem and a lot of insecurities. I am, by all means, not perfect in any way. However, people talking about Lady Gaga's stomach makes me uncomfortable about my body. If you are calling out an 108 pound woman's tummy scrunch then what does that say about my tummy scrunch.

Imagine what this is saying to young girls. This is not helping young girls develop their self worth.

Never the less, these trolls are wrong. So wrong!
