If you've ever spent anytime near the Red River you may have noticed some trash going by. Sadly, that's a pretty common thing. Not just here, but anywhere. Some smart folks in Baltimore, MD decided to use the power of the river to clean the river up. By using some pretty old technology, a water wheel! It works surprisingly well!
