Regarding the Ice Bucket challenge What is ALS

Maybe you've heard about all of these people dumping buckets of ice water over their heads. The goal is raising awareness of ALS by getting people to dump buckets of ice water on their heads and challenging 3 people to donate $100. But what is ALS? Here to answer that is a guy who's mother suffered with Lou Gehrig's disease.
