A man in New York City has been arrested for stalking Rihanna at her SoHo apartment.

The New York Daily News reports that Kevin McGlynn, 53, was observed by video surveillance cameras delivering "unsettling" letters to one of the singer's employees. His last visit was July 11 at noon when he made the boneheaded mistake of dropping his benefits card at her building, which was a major key to help the cops track him down.

The Daily News says that McGlynn repeatedly called Rihanna "a b***h" and threatened to "bum (rush) in her apartment."

McGlynn was arrested Thursday and charged with menacing in the 2nd degree, harassment in the 1st degree, stalking in the 4th degree and a hate crime. He has been held without bail since Friday evening.
