Russell Wilson Has Message for Ciara Haters: ‘She’s a Great Girl’

Russell Wilson says his depleting stats have nothing to do with Ciara.

Seattle Seahawks's quarterback, Russell Wilson, has had a less than stellar season this year. He is far from the stats he produced last year. Many are quick to point their finger at Ciara, but Russell says that is far from the truth in an interview with SeattlePI.com.

"I don't want to get into too much detail. But she's a great girl, so I'm just grateful for her and everything she does."

Russell is generally very private when it comes to his relationships, but he wants his fans to know that everything is fine with his relationship and performance on the field. He said they just have to find ways to win.

Russell and Ciara have been together since July.
