I love this time of the year!  We get to see Spring poking her head around the corner and the slightest hint of green making its way back into our surroundings.  If you live in Louisiana, you know what that means: It's crawfish season.  To say that we do it right in the Shreveport - Bossier City area would be an understatement.  I am so glad to say that I am not the only one who thinks so!

According to the folks at Money Inc, one of the absolute best tings about Louisiana was the food - and, I'll have to agree.  Coming from the land of awesome BBQ known as Texas, I know a ting or two about having your mind blown by the incredible food in the Shreveport - Bossier City area.  Now, we can add a state-wide favorite to our list.

Money listed their picks for the top-10 best places to get crawfish in the entire state of Louisiana, and one awesome Shreveport eatery made the list: Crawdaddy’s Kitchen.  You can agree or disagree, but according to the report - it's the best in town, and in the running for the best in the state that made eating crawfish famous!
