During a Thursday morning visit with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and ErinMcCarty, Shreveport Police Chief Alan Crump talks about the most effective ways to reduce crime and violence in our community.

The Chief recalls a time when children knew respected adults in their neighborhood and those adults felt the responsibility to look out for everyone else's kids when their parents weren't around.
