Strawberry Dessert DIY

All you need is strawberries, sugar, a dehydrator, powdered sugar, liquid nitrogen ... wait. What? Seriously, here's an 8 minute long video showing someone making a dessert that starts out as strawberries and ultimately ends up being a ... strawberry. With a strawberry flavored candy shell, strawberry powder ice cream inside, with a hot strawberry jelly and ... well just watch the dang video.

Not sure what they call it but I like to call it "Way too much work" ... it's pretty cool looking though. And I'd eat it if you were buying.
