Suspect In Hudson Family Murders Convicted

A jury in Chicago has convicted Jennifer Hudson's ex-brother-in-law for the murders of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

William Balfour, 31, is facing a mandatory life sentence for the murders which occurred on October 24, 2008. Balfour is a former gang member who was married to Hudson's sister, Julia, at the time of the killings.

A visibly emotional Hudson wept as the verdict was handed down.
