April 11, 2011 The life of singer Jeff Buckley is about to be told on the big screen.
According to Deadline, 'Welcome to the Rileys' helmer Jake Scott is set to direct an untitled biopic about the late singer, who died tragically in 1997 at the age of 30. Ryan Jaffe ('The Rocker') will pen the script, while Riley's mother, Mary Guibert, will serve as executive producer.
