Cole Vosbury performed two songs on "The Voice" last night. He started the NBC Show "The Voice" with the Hall & Oates classic "Rich Girl," but his biggest performance of the night was the James Morrison song "Better Man."

Turns out, people aren't real happy with The Voice this morning after last night's episode where they dropped the word 'Lord' and replaced it with the word 'Oh' when the final eight contestants along with the Starbucks chorus performed the popular church song 'Will The Circle Be Unbroken?' by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

At lunch today a friend of mine, country singer-songwriter Casey Martin, asked if I'd been watching Shreveport guy Cole Vosbury on 'The Voice.' After answering a forceful, 'Yes!', Casey informed me that Cole, one of the final 12 on the hit talent show, is still scheduled to play at Superior Grill on Line Avenue on Friday, November 22. Cole Vosbury has made it through another round on 'The Voice.' The Shreveport native's journey continues following a stellar performance of Miguel's 'Adorn' Monday night (Nov. 11) that rendered the show's new Twitter-based #VoiceSave option moot.

Shreveporter Cole Vosbury wowed the judges and the crowd on "The Voice" last night. He did the song "Adorn" by Miguel. It was spectacular.
