Titanic Fan Theory

Ok first of all this is only a theory from Reddit but gravity is also a theory... So I'm not saying, I'm just saying this may or may not be true. But Jack may not have been anything more than a figment of Rose's imagination!

Here's the theory... When we are introduced to Rose at the start of the movie she is extremely unhappy. She hated her fiance who she felt forced to marry, she felt apart from her family and she had no close friends. When we first met Jack she was prepared to end her life... It's being rumored that Jack was the result of a psychological break and nothing more than her inner confidence!

Jack was Rose's mind showing her that she could be happy and there was more to live for.  Flash forward to when Rose was older and she was told there was no record of Jack on the boat and she responded, "No, there wouldn't be, would there?"

This would also explain why there wasn't room for Jack on the wreckage... Because he wasn't real and was no longer needed. What do you Think?
