Tracy Morgan Rushed to the Hospital

Tracy Morgan was one of many celebs being honored yesterday at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Sources said that when he got up on stage to give his speech, he seemed extremely intoxicated. Then as he was being escorted out of the building, he fell unconscious and they had to call an ambulance to rush him to the hospital.

Tracy is still in the hospital being treated for what his rep is calling exhaustion. His rep said, "From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100% false."
