It's a clip from a BET show called Rap City, and Big Daddy Kane is promoting his latest album entitled Taste of Chocolate. But the real star of this circa-1990 video is the young man who spits a few impromptu verses to close out the segment. He's never identified by name, but there's no mistaking that it's a young Shawn Carter, aka Jay-Z, destined for bigger and better things.
