Woman on Scooter Texts While Holding Child [VIDEO]

WARNING: This video will definitely make you mad.

This is just senseless, to say the very least. Chances are, if you're a parent, this video might be downright hard to watch. No text could possible be this important, and we're lucky the video didn't capture something even more horrible.

In the footage, shot in Thailand, we see a woman driving down the street on a motorized scooter.

In her lap sits a beautiful, young baby girl. In her hands, her cell phone.

Many times during the video we see her literally remove her hands from the handle-bars to work on her phone.
