Barkus and Meoux Parade This Sunday! [Video]

The furriest Mardi Gras Parade in town is happening this weekend!

Barkus and Meoux is the Krewe with a mission. All proceeds go to neglected and homeless animals, as well as promote responsible pet ownership with public education about their spay/neuter program.

The parade will be this Sunday, February 19th in Bossier City. The awesome thing about this parade is that it is pretty much a festival as well. It only costs you dollar to get in and the proceeds go directly to programs that benefit animals in need right in our area.
