Finally, a local problem we can actually do something about without drama and/or legislation.

For the life of me, I can't understand why this is so common. Every gas station on the planet has two things... Parking spots and gas pumps. The two are certainly not one and the same. Yet, three times in three days, I have pulled up to this problem.

Shreveporters driving into a gas station... Pulling right up to a pump... Parking and going inside... Coming out with a bag of Cheetos and a scratch-off... Getting back in their car and driving away.

This absolutely drives me WILD! In fact, it might be my biggest pet peeve of all time. Sure, I'm probably just saying that since I've been behind this person so many times lately, but still, it is beyond aggravating. In fact, just a few weeks ago, I got tied into a pet-peeve conversation. Believe it or not, I struggled greatly to come up with just one single pet peeve, let alone the biggest pet peeve. I ended up settling on slurping being my biggest pet peeve. Don't get me wrong, as I type this I'm becoming more aggravated just imagining someone slurping their coffee mug 50 times in my ear. I cannot stand that. However, I think this gas pump situation takes the cake, for me anyway.

Shreveport, I beg of you, don't be a jerk, and only park at pumps if you plan on getting gas. You can do it, I promise.
