Cajun Asian Restaurant Opening Soon in Bossier City

I've seen this style of Cajun food infused with Asian food on TV shows but the closest location to us is in New Orleans or Houston... Until Now! The Cajun Asian Restaurant is opening soon off Airline Dr in Bossier City bringing a new twist to some of our favorite dishes. The grand opening date as long as everything goes as planned is scheduled for November 1st!

I reached out to the new restaurant to see what type of dishes we can expect and they told me "We will have some traditional Vietnamese Foods, some traditional cajun, and a fusion of both. Some examples are fried rice etouffee (fried rice with shrimp, crawfish and sausage in it and etouffee over the top! Boiled crawfish, shrimp, and crab. Crawfish wantons as an appetizer." This includes Vietnamese style Crawfish like in the video above!
