‘Cajun Navy’ Featured In Documentary On Discovery Channel Tonight
Tonight, the Discovery Channel will feature the Cajun Navy in a documentary.
The Cajun Navy is a group of private boat owners who are everyday people who jump into action when disasters like flooding and hurricanes hit the bayou state.
The Cajun Navy was formed after the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Since then, the Cajun Navy has received national recognition in 2016 for the major floods we had in Louisiana.
Since their inception in 2005, the Cajun Navy are credited with rescuing thousands of citizens during disasters.
Tonight on the Discovery Channel, the Cajun Navy will be featured in a documentary. The show airs at 9:00pm.
