It's called the Hispanic Heritage Special and it looks delicious. "Hispanic heritage special! Quesabirria Ramen. Braised wagyu, hard spice consommé, pico de gallo, lime, ajitama, lots of melty cheese." People have been flocking to Ghost Ramen and so far the reviews are stellar. You have until the end of September to try this delicious dish.
Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15th to October 15th. We believe Ghost Ramen will keep this special until the end of September if it keeps selling out.
