Charlie Sheen Drops Slur During Bar Opening

Duh...LOSING!

During the opening of his bar in a Cabo hotel, Sheen addressed the assembled crowd -- which included former Guns 'n Roses guitarist Slash and Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa -- by yelling, "How we doing?...Lying bunch of f___ a____, how we doing?"

Yeah, he really said that.

Sheen later told TMZ, "I meant no ill will and intended to hurt no one and I apologize if I offended anyone." He then made things worse by adding, "I meant to say maggot but I have a lisp."
