Denver, Co radio personality David Mueller, who goes by "Jackson" on the air, is suing singer Taylor Swift amid allegations that he grabbed her butt while being photographed backstage with the Grammy winner.

The incident occurred back in June 2013 before Swift's performance at Denver's Pepsi Center when Mueller and his girlfriend posed for a picture with Swift. Swift "quickly put her right arm" around Mueller's girlfriend, and he jumped into the photo "at the last second."

Later, Mueller claims that he ran into a coworker who "described and demonstrated how he had put his arms around her [Swift]" and how he "hands on her bottom" according to the filing.

Mueller says that while he and his girlfriend were in the arena, they were approached by a member of Swift's security team who escorted them both to an exit. His station, KYGO-FM, terminated him a couple of days after the alleged incident. The station has yet to comment on the accusations.

Meanwhile, Swift is reportedly counter suing Mueller for the alleged assault. "Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault—it was Mueller—and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit," states a court document.

"Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts."

The documents continue, "Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph. He lifted her skirt and groped her."

The documents further state that Swift is requesting a jury trial and that whatever money she wins will go to "charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
