Taylor Swift Sued Over ‘Shake It Off’

More legal problems for Taylor Swift; seems the singer is being sued for allegedly plagiarizing the lyrics to her hit "Shake it Off".

R&B singer Jessie Braham has filed a $42 million lawsuit claiming that the song's chorus is a rip-off of the chorus of his 2013 single "Haters Gonna Hate", containing the lyrics "Haters gonna hate/ players gonna play".

Braham says that originally he would only settle for a selfie with Swift and writing credits for the song, but when that request was denied, he decided to sue.

Swift is also being countersued by a Colorado DJ following a suit filed by the singer which alleges that the DJ touched her inappropriately while posing with her for a picture.
