"The Dark Knight Rises" continued its run as box-office champ this weekend, handily beating "Total Recall".

"Dark Knight Rises" took in an estimated $36.4 million this weekend, while the remake of "Total Recall" starring Colin Farrell came in second with $26 million. "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days" rounded off the top three with a $14.7 million haul.
