Filmmaker Is Raising Awareness For Victims Of Red River Flooding
Filmmaker John Phelan is hoping to raise awareness for people struggling to rebuild after the historic Red River flooding two months ago. His short documentary focuses on Sammy Charchio, a Wells Island Road resident, who's home of 65 years was destroyed by several feet of water.
Phelan has started a Go Fund Me account to help raise funds for Charchio.
