Ford Recalls 2.5 Million Vehicles for Brake and Latch Issues
If you own a Ford vehicle you need to check your mail. Many times we tend to ignore some recalls because we don't think it's that big of a deal. The reason Ford is recalling nearly 2.5 million vehicles in the U.S. and in Canada is due to a failing door latch problem and a brake fluid leak.
The most concerning part about this is this is the third time Ford has recalled the failing latch. The door latches can fail while the vehicle is moving and let's be real, if you're driving down the road and a door bursts open, I would lose my mind.
Over 2.1 million cars, SUVs, and vans in the U.S.and Canada are suspected of having faulty latches. According to Media.Ford.com these are the vehicles that possibly have faulty latches.
