Have You Spotted Bike Cabs All Over Downtown Shreveport?

It was a really cool thing to spot in downtown Shreveport. Since when does Shreveport have pedicabs? Those pedicabs are here for Red River Revel, and the company is Movemint out of Austin, Texas. Movemint is no small operation, they have operations in Austin, San Marcos, and Arlington, Texas. We love that they came to town to revel with us.

I firmly believe that we need these Pedicab's year-round in Shreveport. All of a sudden getting around downtown Shreveport was fun. I was leaving Red River Revel when a man on a bike said "Don't walk it's not good for you". After being on my feet all day and knowing I had a long walk to my truck I jumped on.

For $10 I went on an epic adventure downtown. My pedicab driver called himself Frito and he was blaring Geroge Strait. Who doesn't want to sing along to King George after one too many drinks and fried food at the Revel? The Revel was such a blast but the ride from this pedicab was one of the highlights of my night.

Can Shreveport Support a Pedicab Company During All of Our Festivals?
