High Speed Chase Through Bossier Ends in Arrest
Bossier City Police and Louisiana State Police were caught up in a high speed chase Thursday (2/24/22) just after 11pm.
The suspect refused to stop when a BCPD Patrol Officer tried to pull him over for speeding and failure to use a turn signal. The suspect the lead police on a chase through Bossier City streets. The suspect was driving over the speed limit, and running red-lights trying to evade the police.
The chase came to a stop when 22 year-old Malik Montrez Taylor stopped in the Airline Drive Taco Bell parking lot, where he was arrested.
Upon his arrest, police found that Taylor did not have a driver`s license, and the vehicle was reported stolen. Taylor was booked on charges of Illegal Possession Of Stolen Things, Aggravated Flight From An Officer, General Speed Law, Turning Movements And Required Signals, and No Drivers License.
