Witness accounts say that you could see flames coming through the roof of the building. There was a public video posted to Facebook and you can see the smoke and flames coming out of the building. What caused the massive fire to break out Shreveport's Superior Grill?
Shreveport Fire Was Called Superior Grill in Shreveport Just After 10 pm on Thursday, February 15th.
According to Caddo Parish Dispatch records, over 17 units were on the scene at one point battling the fire. Thanks to the quick work of Shreveport Fire we don't have a burned-down building and Superior Grill is still standing. One of Shreveport's favorite commodities is safe too. Superior Grill took to their Facebook to share some updates and bring smiles to our faces. The famous margarita machine is safe.

Superior's Steakhouse announced that they are now serving up the famous Superior Margarita until Superior Grill reopens. We are grateful that the famous margarita machine made it down the road to the steakhouse.
The crew at Superior claims that they will have people working on sight seven days a week to make sure that they can open up as soon as possible.
