After the huge event in 2024, fans know that the banks of the Red River will be the place to be for the 2025 return of the incredible three-day Red River Rumble F1 Powerboat Showdown, which will take place May 23–25 and will feature approximately 50 of America's top high-speed powerboats racing on the Red.

This year's event begins on Friday, May 23 from 6:00-8:30 pm with the F1PC Block Party.

This family event, held at the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City will give fans the opportunity to meet the drivers and get autographs, pictures and see their awesome boats up close.

A glance at the tentative schedule shows that events will run:

• Friday, May 23 - 9:00 am to 8:45 pm
• Saturday, May 24 - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Sunday, May 25 - 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

According to visitshreveportbossier.org, the Formula 1 Powerboat Championship is an 8-race series contested across North America. US Powerboat racing has a 120-year heritage that began with the formation of the American Powerboat Association. For the last six decades, F1 powerboats have been recognized as one of the world's most spectacular racing vehicles.

Viewing is free at Riverview Park, 601 Clyde Fant Parkway in downtown Shreveport and at the Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City.
