Jack Osbourne Is A Dad!

A new addition to the Osbourne family has arrived!

Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly are now the parents of a bouncing baby daughter named Pearl, Us Weekly reports.

Granny Sharon told Us, "He's very nervous, but nervous-excited. He'll be a very good dad. I think he'll be very strict, but he'll be a very good dad."

And aunt Kelly plans to dress the new arrival to the nines. "I already told him that this baby … is going to be the best-dressed baby there is," she said. "'You're not buying the clothes -- I am!'"

Pearl arrived weighing a healthy 8 lbs., 6 oz.
