If You Have Hit Your Forties and You Think Life is Getting Harder, Think Again, a New Survey Claims Your Early Forties are Perfect for Adventure.

According to a recent survey, your forties promise some serious adventure.  According to a survey of 2,000 Americans, the perfect age to go on an adventure is 42. Does this mean that 42 is the new 22? Not exactly.

The survey was facilitated by Storyteller Overland for American Adventures Month in August, and conducted by Talker Research. What I found interesting about the service is that 36% of people surveyed claim that they have become more adventurous with age. 27% of the Americans surveyed believe that they have fallen into some kind of rut when it comes to their routine.

When is Your Next Big Adventure?

83% percent of people agreed that you should always be adventurous, but let's be real, being spontaneous and adventurous is tough when you have so many responsibilities. One in four Americans surveyed feel that their life is a bit boring, so why not start planning a fun adventure with your crew?

If you are dealing with anxiety, fatigue, or burnout, you should start that group chat with your friends and go on that adventure. Don't have a big crew? You don't need a bunch of friends to go on an adventure. Is your dog good company? Go on that adventure.
