Justin Bieber is in the middle of some baby mama drama. 20-year old Mariah Yeater filed court papers demanding that Justin take a paternity test to prove he is the father of her 3 month old baby boy, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater. Just a year ago, 19 year old Mariah was flagged down by Justin’s security to join him back stage at the Staples Center. Justin was only 16 at the time but he charmed her by saying he would send her tickets and back stages passes to his show. He said he wanted to continue seeing her. They escaped to the bathroom for some privacy and ended up hooking up. But Justin was embarrassed by his short-comings and his attitude quickly changed. Instead of giving her his number, he said he would just remember hers and didn’t even bother writing it down. But he never did call her, even after she called his representatives to tell them she was pregnant. She gave birth exactly 36 weeks after her bathroom encounter with Justin. She says there are no other potential fathers because Justin was the only one she was with around that time. And Mariah’s lawyers say they have credible evidence. A court hearing has been scheduled for December 15^th, but Justin’s reps would not comment if he would submit a paternity test. Of course, Mariah has been receiving death threats from all the Beliebers since the story broke.

Last year shortly after his hook up, Justin was promoting his autobiography ‘First Step 2 Forever’, and he mentioned that he actually wants to be a young father.
