Can Ne-Yo find the next Diana Ross?

The singer-songwriter is looking for the next music superstar in his new job as senior VP of A&R at Motown Records. He also will record for the label, making his Motown debut this summer with the release of his fifth studio album.

Ne-Yo issued this statement:
